Shipping Information

  • Processing Time:
    Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. All orders are carefully packaged in sturdy mailers and shipped from Los Angeles using USPS First Class Mail.

  • Delivery Time:

    • U.S. Orders: Most packages typically arrive within 2-5 business days from the shipping date. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the season, occasionally taking up to 10 business days or more.
    • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, which you can use to track your package on the USPS website.
  • Insurance:
    Please note that packages are not insured unless you opt for insurance during your purchase.

Returns, Exchanges & Lost Orders

  • Our Policy:
    If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll issue a full refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges & Replacements:
    In the rare event that your order is lost, damaged in transit, or if the incorrect item is shipped, we’ll send a replacement free of charge using the original shipping method.

  • Delivered but Not Received:
    If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you haven’t received it, we’ll be happy to send a replacement. However, we kindly request that you cover the additional shipping cost.
