Payment:

• Accepted via credit card. Charges apply upon shipping.
• Established partners may be eligible for Net 30 terms.

Delivery:

• Orders ship within 4-7 business days for in-stock items.
• Preferred carriers accommodated upon request.
• Shipping fees apply with no handling charges.

Back Orders:

• We cover postage for any delayed items, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Refunds & Cancellations:

• Exchanges/refunds available for incorrect/damaged items returned unused within 7 days.
• Order cancellations after 24 hours subject to a 20% restocking fee.
