McWu's Return & Refund Policy

Your happiness with McWu's creations is my top priority. If something isn't quite right with your order, reach out! Here's how we'll make things right:

• Change of Heart? No worries. Send back any items within 14 days of receiving them. As long as they're in their original condition, I'll process a full refund. Just a heads-up, the original shipping charges aren't refundable.
• Oops Moments: If your items arrive damaged, or if there's been a mix-up and you've received the wrong ones, I'm on it. I'll promptly ship out replacements at no additional cost to you.
• Mysterious Vanishing Acts: Sometimes carriers mark items as delivered when they're still en route. If this happens, I'll dispatch a replacement your way. All I ask is for a small contribution towards the shipping cost.
